Exemplifying the spirit of building something new, Sandlewood has been a pioneer in home building for more then 25 years.  Since our inception, we've built more then 500 single-family homes, and over 800 new town homes and attached bungalows.  October 2000 saw Sandlewood open its award-wining Copperwood project in the Spruce Cliff neighborhood.  A total of over 500 apartment homes are being completed backing onto the Shaganappi Golf Course. 

Sandlewood was recognized by the Calgary Regional Home Builders Association at the 2002 Sam Awards including wins for Best Townhome Project (Beaumont Hamel in Garrison Woods), Best Villa Project (Capilano Heights), Best Low Rise Apartment Project (Copperwood), and Multi-family Builder of the year.
